Thanks again for prayers for me & my family & friends & our pets.

My husband continues to need prayers for his health & his immediate release from jail. He has not gotten the help he expected from the public defender, but the private lawyers he has asked me to contact for him have quoted fees that are significantly higher than my income for the entire year.

As always, my friend Beth is grateful for prayers for herself & her family & loved ones. She is especially grateful for the friendship of the neighborhood cat who has comforted her while she has been working through her issues. Even though she still has the health issues, the emotional support from the cat has helped her to experience a spiritual awakening that has lifted her out of a depression that she had for 18 or 19 years.

For myself, please pray for improvement in my vision. I have needed strong glasses since I was a child, and I have had chronic muscle spasms around my right eye since 1984. It is not until recently that I really had a hard time seeing. It would require more time & trouble than it would be worth, but even just posting this message is much harder than it used to be. I have to keep switching back & forth between putting my glasses on or off, and sitting up straight while I type & taking off the glasses & sticking my nose right up to the laptop to read what I have written.
