Please pray for the constant neck, eye & hand spasms/jerks I’ve been having to ease up. For healing & for my mind/nerves.
I also have some urgent unspoken requests & need PEACE & STRENGTH today.

Lord PLEASE let this calm down especially so it doesn’t do it while I drive etc. & for me to know if there’s a supplement I can take to help
