Lord, I place this work situation into Your hands.
You see the efforts, the responsibilities, and the value we bring to our roles.
I pray for truth, fairness, and justice to prevail in the decisions that are made.
Give wisdom and integrity to those in authority, that they may act with honesty and equality.
Remove confusion, delay, and politics, and replace them with clarity and fairness.
Grant me peace while I wait, strength to stand for what is right, and favor in the eyes of decision-makers.
Let the outcome reflect the work we have faithfully done and honor the responsibilities we carry.
