and calm when I feel anxious or overlooked.

Guide those who decide over my role and my livelihood.
Touch their hearts to act with honesty and fairness,
to value the work I have done,
and to keep the flexibility I need to balance my life with peace.

If this path is meant for me, may it be secured with dignity and justice.
If not, show me clearly the door You want me to walk through next.
