Try to find some hobbies that you enjoy...walking, cards, cooking, anything...reading..go to the library...challenge yourself to feel good about YOURSELF first. That comes from finding things that you are good at, enjoy...try to have some company by going places and seeing people, join a club. you have to create your own life that you enjoy and if the other aspects come back in, that is great, wonderful. make sure they know you would love it...but create and build your life...it's the only way.
