Lord,
You know how I keep worrying about my work and my future.
The choices before me feel uncertain and heavy on my heart.

Bring peace to my mind when it turns to fear.
Remind me that You are in control,
and that no decision made by others can take me out of Your plan.

Guide those who hold authority over me,
let fairness and honesty shape their words and actions.
Keep for me the stability and flexibility I need,
and open the right door in Your perfect time.

I place my contract, my career, and my tomorrow in Your hands.
