Dear Lord,
As I wake and take this small measure of my body,
help me remember that every heartbeat, every breath,
is part of Your loving design.

If new life has begun within me,
guard it gently and let it grow strong.
If I must still wait, grant me peace, not fear —
for I know Your timing is perfect.

Fill me with calm, steady hope today.
Let me walk in faith,
grateful for the gift of another morning and Your unchanging care.
