I would like to thank everyone for their prayers for my sister Alice. She has completed her chemotherapy and radiation treatments. Her follow up PET scan showed no new abnormalities, and that the tumor had shrunk in the esophagus. Although she is still on a feeding tube, she is able to swallow small amts of food and drink for the first time since Nov. The specialists are still saying they need to take both her esophagus and stomach leaving her totally dependent on a feeding tube, however, you and I know miracles can happen. I ask for continued prayers that when the surgeons go in they realize that they can leave all or at least part of both the esophagus, and stomach. Again, I can't thank each and everyone of you for your prayers, I know in my heart of hearts, and my very soul that it was prayer that has brought her this far. God bless you, and your families.
I ask for prayer for my sister who is fighting stage 3b stomach, and esophageal cancer. They have had to implant a feeding tube. She has been hospitalized several times in her first six wks of chemo and radiation therapy for low white count cell, severe dehydration, and now pericarditis (this has prolonged her treatments). She has 10 more radiation and one more chemo treatment, then they will determine if surgery for the removal of the tumor is yet possible. They are also planning on removing her stomach and esophagus. Please pray she will beat this cancer, and that God will perform a second miracle and that she will be able to keep her stomach and esophagus so that she will not be on her feeding tube for life. Thank you, and God bless you and your families.
Submit your prayer request. Thousands of caring people will see it and pray for you.
