I had a really bad alcohol addiction. Was placed in an out of treatment centers. Was living on the streets for over 2 yrs. Sleeping under bridges, abandon houses, in car lots, behind shrubs in the church yards, and etc. My doctor finally gave me 3 choices. Ending up in the hospital, being in a blackout, or that my drinking; was like picking up a can of Draino. Or being in a blackout and end up killing someone and spending the rest of my life in prison. I was a violent drunk. Wanted to get revenge on anyone that hurt my feelings. I finally turned my life over too the Lord. Once he saw that I was serious about my addiction; the Lord helped me overcome this situation. I owe all the the praise to the Lord. I really hurt all my family members and put them thru a living hell. Especially my daughter and son. Thanks to the Lord; I have continued to stay sober now going on 16 yrs. Praise the Lord for all his blessings and I thank him everyday. Carolyn Price
