Lord I ask thaty ou watch over my father as he recouperates from almost coming to meet you. Thank you for being with him and watching over him during his Angioplasty. Please be with him and all of us as we try to get him strong again.

Lord, I ask that you give me focus and renewed growth in myself spiritually and physically. You have provided me so much and I wan't to break out of this rut in life i'm in.
