First, God loves you. Your resonance is changing. Find positive mantras along with prayer. These are some of mine, you may use them as your own: (I am Blessed); (Walk with me Jesus, walk with me); (I forgive); (I am the perfect child of God, no better, no worse than any other). I say one of them on repeat and when my vibration settles, that's when I pray and ask for Jesus to walk with me.

Father, please touch all those this night that are afraid, anxious, lost, thrown away, or angry. Extend your hand of peace upon us and let us always feel the warmth of the Holy Spirit and let Jesus guide our steps. In the name of the Living Christ, Amen 🛐
