I am a older person, and recently started what I thought was a dream job....the job itself is, but my new boss is a terror, a absolute terror...with sever mental issues that she thinks she can fix herself...every day at work is a pure living hell...but i cannot quit, who will hire me? I am at a age where employers dont consider you...I need the money and the job...please pray for me, for me to have strength and the courage to put up with this terrible boss until the higher ups see what she is doing and something is done...thank you
