I am venturing on a spiritual journey for Lent, reading the bible for 30 minutes each day, first thing in the morning. Could you please pray for a strengthening everyday, and that I will recognize the promptings of the Holy Spirit whenever he does. Amen.

Dear Father,

I ask that all the people of the world listen and take notice of the plight of those in Africa...all the children that are hungry and having to drink contaminated water which is killing them.

I pray that all the Soldiers in Afghanistan are kept safe in your tender mercy, and that one day peace will reign....in your precious name.

I pray that Anthoney Stubbs, a sixteen year old boy, will be found safe, and returned home to his family and new born baby.

May Peace and Love reign eternally, everywhere all over the world.
