Hello: this is mark; i would say to try to speak to a psycologist to talk about what you have been through. And follow the steps that the psychologist has to say. If you follow this step you can get all the horrible thougts out you mind. And you will be able to move forward. Sometimes it is best to clear out your mind( vent , let those worries and negative things out your mind) so you can have a clear vision on the next problem that comes to the table. In gods name A-men
