My father passed away and left me the house that I have been living in with him for the past 11 years. The mortgage company will not take my money because the mortgage is in my Dad's name. They have scheduled a foreclosure sale for July 14th. Please pray that I can find an attorney that I can afford to help me save my home. I have a 5 year old son that is dependent solely on myself.
