The sincere compliments you receive are your jewels, - collect them in your heart, - they highlight the beauty of your being and empower you during challenging times. Never say 'oh, it's nothing' or shrug your shoulders when you hear a sincere compliment. Pause, breathe it in, and really feel its meaning.

this is something I have a hard time with, I push so hard to be the best at things I do and try to give so much to others that at times I lose my self and the things that are good about me. thank you to everyone who has stopped by and read my pray request and prayed for me I have found God again and I feel as we walk together in the sands of time. their has been a great deal of time when God carried me and when things were at the darkest point a man told me to look up from the bottem of the hole I was in and ask God too forgive me and just help me see the light and walk towards this and when I did God showed me a new way and I am making changes for me and becoming a better person and the man that I used to be Happy and glad to help others in need.
