God, please heal my heart and soul. Get rid of all the negative emotions that I am feeling right now. Help me to trust and feel your love again. Help me to see the goodness in other people. Remove all the toxicity in my heart. Teach me how to love and also to trust other people. Help me to leave all the bad things in the past and help me to embrace this beautiful life in the present moment and to trust all of your plans for my life in the future. Heal me, God. Heal my soul. I want to experience how to be loved again genuinely by other people. Forgive me, Dear Lord, with all of my sins. This is what I am praying in Jesus' name, Amen.
