Please help me to pray for my brother and his wife , thank you

My sister in law <3 Jitka <3 fighting lung cancer over last 5 years, and now by the last tests on Monday shows that her cancer progressing and is also in some lymph nodes ,It is not easy operation in 4th stage of cancer but they will remove her left lung and everything what is affected . Her app. for surgery is November the 26 or 27 th . Please pray for successful surgery , speedy recovery .. and blessed healthy life after !!
Most of all please pray for SALVATION !! so may GOD soften her heart and open her spiritual eyes for him !!

Is for my brother <3 STANISLAV <3 He also had some of his regular tests and they find something off with his kidney ?? not sure yet ? We almost lost my brother 9 years ago to infection after surgery , where they had to remove all his large intestine. So is scary . Praying for no serious issues with his kidney and all over health ... for completely healing !!! and please pray for SALVATION !!!!
