Dear Lord, You are the only one Who is the same yesterday, today and forever. We humans fail for many reasons, and that is why You instruct us to trust only You, but love everyone.

Lord, I pray that Terri will heal from her hurt - in soul, spirit and in her body. I pray that she will find strength in You to forgive Jon wholeheartedly; to let go. That is hard, but there is nothing is impossible with You 🙏🏾I pray that Your grace will be enough for her to let go.

May she flourish and may her days ahead be better than yesterday - that is Your promise.

Although Jon is now gone, I hope he helped empower you during the time he was with you to be strong enough to get away from the wolves on your own. Reach out to other sources, whether it's a church group or a community group. Volunteer a few hours a week at a pet shelter or other groups that need help. Meeting new people helps and is also important. Take a walk around the block--and say "hi" to every person you meet. It may sound silly, but in time you will see the same people, and eventually you start a conversation. You may meet your next best friend by doing this simple thing! With God's help, you can be strong.
