Prayer Request
I’m asking for serious prayer over my life and a relationship dynamic that has become incredibly heavy, painful, and draining. I am currently in a volatile separation from someone I care about deeply, and we are trapped in an exhausting loop of tracking each other and communicating indirectly through social media.
She struggles with BPD, which causes her to experience intense emotional storms, black-and-white splitting, and a severe fear of abandonment. She is in deep distress, venting publicly, and stalking my profile.
It feels completely suffocating because my mind is constantly consumed by the whiplash of her emotional cycles. I am constantly anxious, on edge, and hyper-fixated on her next move. Instead of keeping my peace, I am being pulled right into the chaos, constantly fighting the temptation to step back into the loop and engage with the noise. It is draining my energy and distorting my focus. May you please pray that God steps into her storm, calms the chaos and anxiety in her mind, and grants her real emotional healing, protection, and peace from the agonizing weight of BPD..
May you please pray that I may have the absolute discipline, strength, and spiritual maturity to truly guard my heart..

Heavenly Father,
I lift up Damien Suvanamongkol before You today.
Lord, step into the middle of this storm. Where there is chaos, speak Your peace. Where there is fear, pour out Your perfect love that casts out fear. Where there is confusion, grant Damien wisdom and clarity. Quiet the constant noise that fills his mind and free him from the exhausting cycle of worry, hypervigilance, and emotional turmoil. Father, strengthen Damien's heart. When he feels tempted to be drawn back into unhealthy patterns of conflict and emotional turmoil, give him the courage to choose peace, wisdom, and self-control. Guard his thoughts and emotions so they are not ruled by anxiety or by the actions of others. Help him fix his eyes on You instead of the uncertainty around him. I also pray for the woman involved in this painful separation. If she is overwhelmed by emotional pain, fear, or distress, surround her with Your mercy and compassion. Bring calm where there is turmoil, hope where there is despair, and healing where there is brokenness. Lead her to the support, treatment, and caring people she needs. Protect her mind, comfort her spirit, and remind her that she is deeply loved by You. Break every cycle of fear, unhealthy attachment, confusion, and emotional exhaustion. Replace it with healthy boundaries, wisdom, respect, and peace. Help them both to respond with grace rather than reacting out of pain.
May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard Damien's heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Lead him one step at a time toward healing, freedom, and the future You have prepared for him.
