My estranged husband is severely depressed but will not seek help. He's held onto everything that brings him misery and walked out on our marriage where at least he'd have love and see his children every day. I pray for his healing every day but thought using this forum couldn't hurt. Yesterday, he sent a text that he feels empty inside. He's textbook depressed all the way but says counseling and anti-depressants won't help (so he hasn't even tried them.) He's also borderline between hating God and atheism, so getting him to pray is out. Please pray that he seeks help before his depression gets any worse, his children need him.
