Even if its just like this, on Facebook...please dont allow yourself to suffer alone, in silence...there are many people who would listen and be there to support you, if they only knew thats what you needed! You are beautiful and you are important, and you have every right to live happy and free from self harm...If you can break your day down into hours, or even minutes, it might be easier! I cant promise that I will get through a WHOLE day without worry and depression and anxiety...but I can work on getting through a minute at a time...doesnt seem so overwhelming!..I hope you can feel my genuine care and concern for and that you know you are NOT alone in your suffering!
