Dear Lord Jesus, I pray that Jayne knows and experiences Your peace which passes all understanding and Your joy which is unending and Your providence which never runs dry 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.

Jayne, know that Jesus loves You. He is knocking on the door of your heart. Let Him in and He will bless and keep even in the midst of storms and trials 💜🙏🏾

I felt this way. What helped me was when I practiced sitting still during moments of the overwhelming feeling. I reminded myself that I am here, I am here right now and I am thankful that I am safe right at this moment. I also reminded myself that time passes every single second and things change. They will change and if I don't respond impulsively, I can gain back some sort of peaceful state....I also reminded myself that I AM IN CHARGE of my life and if I find this grounded of being still, I can make changes, however small, every minute. Keep it simple, find joy in very small things and remember they are most likely the most important things of your life. You will be okay. Be still. So your mind can settle. You will be okay. You are okay. sending peace and support.

Quiet the noise around her so she can hear Your guidance again.

Let Your presence be the anchor beneath her feet when everything else feels unsteady.
Give her clarity where there is confusion, strength where there is exhaustion, and hope where she feels empty.
Surround her with people who uplift her, speak life into her, and help her breathe again.
Show her the next step, even if it’s small, and let her feel Your hand steadying her as she takes it.
Restore her peace, renew her courage, and remind her that she is held, loved, and never forgotten.
