Please pray for God, to strengthen me and protect me. My sin has hurt one of the only men that ever truly loved me. Although he forgave me, he still was hurt. I lied to him, on numerous occasions. My pride kept me from doing the things that could repair some of the problems my sin caused. Instead, because I was being truthful, when he questioned me about things I would get defensive or angry, which in turn would make him doubt me. Please pray for God to heal his heart because I know he is hurting just like me. Please pray for me to be at peace and know that God is in control.

Great , awesome and merciful Father, I come before humbled and broken. Lord, I know you have blessed my life with an incredibly wonderful man. But, Lord, I have made pleasing him more important than pleasing you. Please forgive. Help me to let go of him so I can be closer to you. I know that if I draw nearer to you, will make me the woman I need to be for the man you choose for me. If he is the one, I pray you will allow me to be with him. I have read your word and I know how you blessed Abraham, when he was willing to give up his one and only son for you. Lord, work on my heart, help me to be the godly, spiritual woman I once was. Help me to seek you and serve as I had before. Strengthen my faith and help me, to let go and let you move.
