I am facing yet another surgery. I have had 40 plus surgeries in the past 20 years, 10 of which have been spinal procedures. After my last mylogram, my neurologist told me the dangers of me surviving the surgery outweighed any medical gains that would be obtained. I had made peace with the thought of not having anymore surgeries and felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. This was it, I was just going to live my life by gods' plan for me and that when it was my time, I was ready to go home and joyfully and sit at HIS feet, finally pain free and healthy. But it seems GOD has more plans for me. The Doctor called and said that the Nerology Group had reviewed the tests and had come up with a less invasive, less dangerous procedure. I have been praying for the last 4 days, fasted one day and know that when I go up to the Doctors in two weeks My FATHER will be there with me, holding me in his loving arms and help my family and I make the right decision. Until then I am continuing to ride my horses, play with my big dogs and going on with my life as normal. Please pray with me so that I hear our LORD and SAVIOR, loud and clear.
