Dear Lord,

I pray for discipline to live a fulfilling life for you. Please help me to overcome negativity and escape negative thinking. I pray that you will allow me to have compassion for myself as well. Please allow my self love to grow abundantly, so that I may love others unconditionally and grow strong in Christ love. Thank you for not allowing my worldly desires (which are not part of the life you've planned for me) continue into the future. And although I cannot always see the truth right away, I appreciate having a Father who loves me enough to keep me away from a destructive path.
