Pray for my grandson Billy Doggett, my mom had Billy from the age of three days old, he is now 22 years old and he has diisability . My mom Die on Febuary 2nd 2014, now the house Billy lives in is back in the water bill. I am have the hard time getting money for that. I am hoping a Legal Aid would be able to help us by putting the water bill in Billy's name and wip out my mom name and her bill. He will be able pay it from a new bill. Billy has his on Income.
