please help me to pray so that I can have a peace of mind . I dont know if whats wrong with me I am very confuse ..

I pray that everything will be alright ,that i can be able to control my self when I am at the bad temper , that I can be able to extend my patience ,that I can understand life ,that I can control my emotions...
.. I maybe I am a selfish kind of person but still Im praying that I can be able to change me self, because I am who have a a problem..
I am a sinner who deserves nothing but the God provides me everything I need,,
I feel guilt...please pray for my me to change
