Please God let things be finally ok with our family, I praise you!

Been having alot of health problems and I am afraid it's something bad, I pray it isnt and that God gives me a chance to be the healthy and loving person I know I can be. Things are just tough, I have lost a few friends and have no job and I want to be around for a long time to take care of my daughter. Please God Help Me!!!!
