My fiance James and I are in the process of adopting James' half brother Skylar. He is 17-yrs-old and grew up in a different state then James. He has been living with us for a few months and soon we will be his legal guardians.

He has struggled with leaving all of his friends back home in MO. One friend in particular was missed, Becca. She was planning to move to AZ and get an apartment with Skylar. They had been best friends for years.

On July 31 the worst happened. Becca and her boyfriend were murdered. Skylar is struggling and needs prayers. It has not fully hit him yet and I worry for him.
