I have been looking for a job. Right now only my fiance is working and it's just hardly enough to pay the bills and take care of us and our son. A couple weeks ago my van broke down. We have been doing everything we can to try and figure out what is wrong with not much luck. Yesterday my fiance's vehicle broke down. The motor is shot and we need a new one. We now have no vehicles. Luckily his work is 3 miles from our house so he will have to ride his bike in the AZ heat until we can figure something out.

Please pray for us that we will have faith in Jesus Christ. I know he will provide. Life is full of tests of your faith. I need prayers that instead of feeling angry at God or questioning why this would happen to us that I would hold my head up high with a smile on my face and have complete faith in him.

My fiance James and I are in the process of adopting James' half brother Skylar. He is 17-yrs-old and grew up in a different state then James. He has been living with us for a few months and soon we will be his legal guardians.

He has struggled with leaving all of his friends back home in MO. One friend in particular was missed, Becca. She was planning to move to AZ and get an apartment with Skylar. They had been best friends for years.

On July 31 the worst happened. Becca and her boyfriend were murdered. Skylar is struggling and needs prayers. It has not fully hit him yet and I worry for him. Please pray for the family and friends in MO as well. And finally, please pray that the killers will be found and justice will be served. Thank you!

Long story but have to explain sorry: My fiance (of 4 years) received a message 4 years ago on myspace from someone who said "I think you are my brother cause you have my dads same name." My fiance is a Jr and never new his father, turns out these two were in fact brothers. They lived in different states but were able to meet once 3 1/2 yrs ago and kept in touch since then (Skylar - his bro). Skylar is now 17 and has always searched for his biological father James Sr. He found him a few months ago and James Sr made many promises to Skylar such as he would fly him to his state and take him in for the summer, give him a car, get a him a job, bond with him, goes on and on. All the promises were broke. Skylar was upset obviously and desperate to get out of his moms house (really bad situation there). So we agreed to take him in for the summer and if all goes well possibly for his senior year as well. We told him this will be a parent-child relationship and we won't be just his friends. We will guide him, give him rules, and he must attend church regularly with the family. I am only 22 myself and my fiance is 26. We already have a 2-year-old and a small 2 bedroom apartment. Please pray that Skylar merges with our family in a positive healthy way and that we can influence him and lead him down a path to living the life he deserves. My father turned 50 this past weekend. To surprise him all 4 of his siblings and his mother flew across the country to surprise him. They flew back on Monday. Yesterday, Wed, one of my aunts was rushed to the hospital. She has severe bleeding in her brain. Doctors believe this is another aneurysm (she has had 2 in the past but they were caught early). She now has a breathing tube in and things are not looking good. Please pray for her, her two daughters, and the rest of the family. Thanks!

I am a young mom and a student in college. I am struggling to complete a very stressful internship to become an Interpreter for the Deaf. Also, I am having a lot of stress at home with my fiance. He has asked me to leave twice in the last week. Please pray for me and my family. Please pray for me to find the answers to provide the best life possible for my son.
