I have recently been diagnosed with multiple different things. All are in my gastrointestinal tract. I am looking weight on a daily basis and I am very scared. I pray about this a lot but sometimes I worry that God is not listening. I have learned many things about myself and human beings in general. Please help me pray. Thank you so very much.
