I am changing anxiety medication at the moment, and the new one is taking a while to kick in. The old one is giving me withdrawal symptoms. On top of that, I lost my 96 year old Grandmother nearly three weeks ago, and my little dog was killed by a car a week ago. My anxiety is out of control where my heart rate is concerned. I know that the Lord is with me and I am leaning heavily on Christian singer Madisa's music at the moment to help me. Please pray that my heart rate does not occupy my thoughts ALL the time. I cannot seem to get the thought of my heart rate out of my head, which causes adrenaline to explode through my body causing a vicious cycle of obsessive thoughts about my heart rate - which then increases more. Thank you for your prayers. I pray that anyone else suffering be held in the Lord's hands and given his peace. He did not give us a heart of fear, He gave us a heart filled with the Holy Spirit and peace. God bless.
