Please try to reach out to professional counselors or a Dr.. maybe they can get you to try an antidepressant... Praying that you get relief from things that are making you feel this way.. Do you have a church or know other christians ? seek all areas of help you can including prayer... Hang in there... many people have felt like this including myself in the past... You are loved by people in the world and many others look up to you and need you..

I understand... I've dealt with on & off depression & anxiety throughout most of my adult life. There IS help in many forms, there is always HOPE, do Not give up & do Not give into the negative thinking, because you WILL get through this every time, you will ride that wave of depression every time & come out of it again feeling happy & thankful to still be alive! Pray - ask for God's guidance & help, ask for your Doctor's help, or a Psychologist, friend, minister.... someone to help you through this or who will give you the resources & connections to help you.
When you are feeling so low &/or scared with anxiety, please ask God to lift the emotional burden off of you & truly from your heart & soul ask this. Ask God often to deal with your troubles for you & to lift negative thoughts & feelings from you. Practice turning negative thoughts into positive thoughts until it becomes a daily habit. Your thoughts are powerful, so use thought wisely. Just keep trying, and practice being Thankful... even in your low times, find things or people, etc... to be thankful for.... these can be as simple as having clean water to drink & bathe with, because so many do not have that. The saying goes, "there is always, always something to be thankful for." Also, life & situations are always changing, and we have to wait with patience for the valleys to become hills again, aka highs & lows of life. Believe me, when you least expect it things can change quickly & surprise you.... maybe not always right when you want it to, but life keeps going & changing and we go with the flow the best we can until things are looking up again. Believe in yourself, believe you are strong enough, and you are worth it!! Your life is precious, your life has a purpose even if you can't see it. Usually we mean more to some people than we even realize... just think if you gave up, how many people who care about you would be left hurting without you. God put us all here for a reason(s) even though we might not see or realize what the reasons are, or what the lessons are, we still need to keep going. When you feel so depressed & are losing hope, please "ride the wave of the depression"... this is my own expression when I feel too deeply depressed... I ride with it, ride it out, wait.... you WILL come through to the other side & feel so thankful to still be here, to have another chance... it is worth it every time! God bless you & lift your spirits and comfort you during your times of depression, anxiety & fear. Please seek help of some kind, or from someone, and hang on! God wants you to live out the 'gift of life' that was given to you....not because it's always easy, but because you and all of us are learning lessons in this life, and learning about love. Please don’t give up. You will be ok. I’m glad you asked for prayer. I have a very close relationship with God and he wants you to know everything will be ok. He wants you to reach out to others. Someone near you, or maybe through a charity needs help. He wants you to tithe in that way. Not through a church. If you work for God by giving or helping those in need, God will be there for you and fix your problems. I am clairvoyant and talk to God every day. I was prompted to read your prayer request just now. He wanted me to tell you that. Also he asks that you talk with him, when you are alone, and spell outloud. You will eventually get to know by increasing your faith and interacting with him, your life will significantly improve. He suggests you read the Gospel according to Matthew, chapters 5-7. That’s the sermon on the mount. He also wants you to read the Gospel according to John. Follow Jesus as best as you can, and know you will be ok. Your help from the Light will come through interacting with God on a personal level and not so much by going to church. Read those Gospels with your own eyes. An other option is to go to Youtube and watch the documentaries on those two books in the Bible. Ok. That’s all he wants me to say. Dear Jmml: Your prayer request caught my eye. Please know I have been going through the same thing as you. I have good days and bad days, but I haven't given up and I pray you don't either! Please call or text the Suicide Hotline. I did and received help. Then I reached out to friends to tell them I was feeling suicidal and they reached back. My pastoral associate had suicidal thoughts and I reached out to him, too. We have been talking once a week and he is thinking of beginning a mental health ministry. If he does, I will help in any way I can. Please don't give up; you'd be surprised who is on your side...reach out to them! I will continue to pray for you and please let us know you are all right! I care and so do others.

Don't! Life is a sacred gift and what is difficult and seems insurmountable now, WILL get better. These are strange times. Count your blessings in life and thank God for them. There is something to be said for getting up each day and making an effort, do the washing up, make your bed, change your clothes... You will find this will help you feel worthwhile. Smile at a stranger when out exercising. A smile spreads and you will begin to feel more positive. Believe and trust in God he will never place more of a burden on you than you can cope with. Jmml, please don't give up or give in. You are NEVER alone! You are a precious child of The Most High, he loves you as do many others unknown including me. I have been in that dark place that you are in, but would not give in to the devil. You are being attacked, Satan is preying on your weakness and trying to make you believe and give in to the fears that have been planted. No one and nothing is stronger than God's love. Do not give in to the fear. Many will pray for you to make and keep you strong. Accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior and confess your sins and you are and will always be bathed in God's Loving Light. Please don't give up! You are LOVED (John 3:16, Jeremiah 31:3)... You are Chosen (1 Peter 2:9)! It may be difficult to see how much you are loved - but you are (I'm sure by so many people as well as the Lord!). I know it's easier said that done, but turn your cares over to God..
