Dear Heavenly Father, I lift up my husband to You during this heavy season of unemployment. Several months have passed, and the weight of this waiting is wearing on his heart and our home. Lord, You know that a man’s identity and dignity are so closely tied to providing for his family, and right now, he is tired, discouraged, and fighting moments of doubt.
Please protect his mind from despair and his heart from feeling unworthy. Remind him deeply that his true value is defined by You, not by a job title or a paycheck. Breathe fresh confidence, perseverance, and hope into his spirit every single morning.
Lord, I ask that You go ahead of him and open doors of opportunity that no man can shut. Grant him favor with employers, clarity during interviews, and guide his steps to the right workplace where his talents will be valued and his purpose fulfilled. Give us, as a couple, the grace to endure this trial together. Calm our anxieties, provide for our financial needs in unexpected ways, and let Your peace rule in our home. We choose to trust Your timing and Your steadfast faithfulness. In Jesus name, Amen.
