Hi, can you please help me to pray about my manager. He has been targeting me at work with out cause, singling me out. It's caused a lot of distress and anxiety. Please help me to pray.

I have found that when I have a boss that somehow I did not click with, I would meet with them, it took courage on my part but I would ask to meet and I would tell them that I really want to do a great job and work with him/her and what is it that I can do to make things the way their vision calls for....sometimes just doing that, can help turn the vibe around and they will spin toward another focus away from you. it works. You have to reflect on yourself, listen to their reasoning even if it isn't reasonable to you and get the focus OFF of you. may not be fair but it could save your job.
I was about to suggest the same thing. At this point, it can't hurt more than what's already going on. Rather than just suggesting a talk with the manager, you even gave great advice on how to approach it. A manager should not embarrass any employee in front of others. A good manager will talk with an employee they have an issue with privately. Talking with the manager using your professional approach may at least make this manager aware of what he/she has been doing. And it just might change their relationship. If not, then maybe the Lord is trying to lead this person in a different direction.
