Please pay for me. My patience seems to be gone. Everything my husband says is getting on my last nerve and then I lash out, say something nasty or start eating. He is having some health problems and I have become his caregiver. We have been together constantly for over a month. I take him where he goes, attend his doctor appts, set up his appointments, help him dress, put his creams on at night. make sure he has his meds and takes them. I hear his complaining and comments. Thus morning he told me he is very tired because he does all the work around here. Yes, I lost it and I have been in an awful mood. Please pray for me to get over this and for him to see what he is doing to our relationship. He has gotten so nasty that no one comes around to visit. I feel like I am in prison.

God, lift Diane into Your hands right now — tired, overwhelmed, stretched thin, and carrying more than any one person should have to carry.
You see her heart.
You see her love for her husband.
You see the weight she has been carrying alone — the appointments, the medications, the care, the constant responsibility, the emotional pressure, the comments that cut deep, and the feeling that she has no space to breathe. Give Diane patience where she has none left,
strength where she is drained,
and peace where her spirit feels trapped.
Calm the anger that rises from exhaustion.
Quiet the guilt that follows when she snaps. ouch her husband’s heart too. God, touch her husband’s heart too.
Soften his words.
Open his eyes to see the woman who is caring for him every day.
Help him recognize the strain she is under and the love behind everything she does.
Bring gentleness back into their home.
Soften his words.
Open his eyes to see the woman who is caring for him every day.
Help him recognize the strain she is under and the love behind everything she does.
Bring gentleness back into their home. Restore the peace that illness and stress have taken away.
And God, give Diane moments of rest — real rest.
Give her help.
Give her support.
Give her space to breathe without feeling guilty.
Wrap her in Your protection, Your comfort, and Your steadying hand. Let her know she is not alone, not failing, and not forgotten.
Amen
